Key Responsibilites

  • Working in an embedded Developer environment to respond to requests. 
  • Maintaining communication with Dev Partners, give updates on the state of the game. 
  • Finding and reporting bugs/issues to Development. 
  • Providing insight into higher level QA processes such as Risk-Based Testing and Test Planning. 
  • Maintaining the Quality Assurance pipeline from discovery through a fix to regression verification. 
  • Creating and following Test Plans and Verifications. 
  • Following up with development and testing partners to ensure bugs are being logged and resolved. 
  • Providing Qualitative feedback regarding the product. 
  • Maintaining Bug Database in DevTrack, JIRA, or Asana. 
  • Working with Software Quality Engineers (SQE’s) to prioritize script development 
  • Gathering data and reporting progress through standardized Automation reports 
  • Assessing the current state of the project (risks/mitigations) and assist the QA team in addressing these risks. 
  • Tracking project progress through department standardized metrics tools. 
  • Assisting in developing and/or improving testing tools and processes. 
  • Gathering telemetry data to help drive QA’s manual testing effort.
